The other day the Healthy is the New Skinny team and I watched a documentary called FED UP, and it literally made my jaw drop. This documentary discusses how dangerous added sugars can be for our health.
Seems like basic knowledge right?
The catch is how we've been made to believe that certain foods are "healthy" when they are the complete opposite. The food industry has strategically profited on our lack of knowledge of nutritional information by omitting the daily percentage of sugar on labels and by hiding the names of added sugars in other processed products.
